[End Zone Buzz] Combining Mock Drafts to Make One

Using the invaluable mock draft database at HailRedskins.com, I looked at ten of the best mock draft websites - Football’s Future, Huddle Geeks, Draft Tek, Consensus Draft, The Huddle Report, Q.I. Sports, Great Blue North Draft Report, East Coast Sports, First Round Forecast, Draft Ace - and used a points system to configure a top ten.
The system is simple: A player will be assigned 10 points if he is listed as the first overall pick, 9 if he is listed as the second pick, 8 if he is third, and so on. The player with the highest number of points will be the first overall pick. I included their total points, and the highest any mock draft had them going. Here are the results.
1) Miami Dolphins: Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU
Total points: 83
Highest predicted pick: 1st overall (Draft Ace, Huddle Geeks, Consensus Draft)
2) St. Louis Rams: Chris Long, DE, Virginia
Total points: 81
Highest predicted pick: 1st overall (Q.I. Sports, Great Blue North Draft Report)
3) Atlanta Falcons: Jake Long, OT, Michigan
Total points: 79

4) Oakland Raiders: Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas
Total points: 70
Highest predicted pick: 3rd overall
5) Kansas City Chiefs: Matt Ryan, QB, Boston College
